SHIPPING POLICY


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Processing time refers to the preparation of your order prior to shipment and does not include transit time.


POTENTIAL SHIPPING DELAYS

In the event of a high volume of orders or during peak seasons, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping. Should there be any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email to provide an update.


SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method, your delivery location, and postal carrier conditions. Please note that once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We do offer international shipping. Prices for customers outside of the United States include a small adjustment to account for regional taxes. However, additional customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may still be charged by your country upon delivery. These charges are not included at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an order.
